In this episode, Roy sits down with Yossi Montrose, founder of Performa Ball, who has spent more than two decades developing a physical coaching methodology built on controlled instability and stability ball training. Yossi was born with a hearing impairment, was bullied from his first day at school, and says his posture, confidence and voice collapsed as a result. He describes the day he found the stability ball at a gym and how it began to change his body, his breathing and his sense of presence. He also tells the story of learning to regulate himself well enough to stay calm with a lion at a nature reserve in South Africa.
